Check In / Check Out | Manage Billing & Pay Tuition Online
Download the SmartCare for Parents app and use your QR code reader on SmartCare to check your child in and out each day. A signature will also be required each time.
Use the SmartCare for Parents app to manage billing including to view your statements, pay your tuition online, or enroll in autopay.
Private Social Media Groups
Each center has their own private Facebook group that connects families and teachers together. Please feel free to join your child’s schools’ group. These are closed groups which are monitored closely by the APELA admin staff.
