My name is Miss Amanda, and I am the owner and director of Anchor Point Early Learning Academy. I have a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Curry College and have taught in well known, highly rated preschools in Rhode Island and Massachusetts.

I have a passion for teaching children through their own learning styles and enjoy watching them grow and discover new things every day. It is important to me that our program is child-centered and that each child is given the opportunity to thrive and be nurtured while going through their own learning journey.

My husband, daughter and I live on a horse farm with our horses and three dogs. In my spare time, I love baking, line dancing, horseback riding, and enjoy being a mommy to my sweet little girl.

It is my joy and passion to watch children learn and grow. I will strive every day to create an environment for children at Anchor Point to feel safe, secure and loved in an atmosphere that feels like family.
