As a Lead Pre‑K Teacher, you will create engaging learning experiences, guide social‑emotional development, and help children build the foundation for kindergarten success. You’ll join a collaborative team that values creativity, professionalism, and a genuine passion for early learning.
What You’ll Do
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate Pre‑K curriculum
- Foster curiosity, independence, and early problem‑solving skills
- Support children in navigating emotions, friendships, and classroom routines
- Build strong relationships with families through communication and partnership
- Collaborate with a supportive teaching team to maintain a warm, safe, joyful environment

- Support classroom routines that encourage independence, problem‑solving, and smooth transitions throughout the school day.
- Model positive behavior and guide children through emotional regulation, peer interactions, and cooperative play.
- 18 years or older
- Associates degree preferred
- CPR/ first aid certification within 30 days
- Positive attitude
