Anchor Point Early Learning Academy is seeking a nurturing, energetic, and dependable Toddler Teacher Assistant to join our growing team in North Smithfield, Rhode Island.

As a Toddler Teacher Assistant, you will work alongside Lead Teachers to provide responsive care, support developmental learning experiences, and help create a warm classroom environment where children feel safe, valued, and encouraged to explore the world around them.

What you'll do:
- Support Lead Teachers in implementing developmentally appropriate activities for toddlers ages 18 months to 3 years.
- Foster curiosity, language development, social skills, and early learning through play-based experiences.
- Build nurturing relationships with children through consistent care, encouragement, and positive interactions.
- Assist with daily routines including meals, diapering, toileting, naps, and classroom transitions.
- Help maintain a safe, clean, organized, and engaging classroom environment.
- Support children's social-emotional development by modeling patience, kindness, and positive behavior.
- Observe and respond to each child's individual needs while promoting independence and confidence.
- Collaborate with teaching team members to create a welcoming and supportive environment for children and families.
- 18 years or older
- Associates degree preferred
- CPR/ first aid certification within 30 days
